Super Bowl ticket prices are way down this year as demand drops off for the biggest event in sports.
Tom Wilson vp of ticket brokerage Tixx.com says demand has fallen dramaticlly for Super Bowl tickets to this years super bowl in Tampa Florida, not even Rock superstar Bruce Springsteen's first ever appearance at half time will be able to save the day says Wilson. " I see tickets later this week falling below $1250 per ticket a price level We have not scene in over 15 years. The Super in the early 90's and late days was alway an event fans could attend if they had at least $700 to 900 to spend per ticket these days the average fan does not even think of going as prices for the last 10 years have been in the area of $2,000 to $2,500 per ticket on the reslae market.Tixx.com can get you tickets in hand at $1,700 for those who do not want to wait for prices to fall.
